At Altzueta Sagardotegia, you can enjoy TXOTX alongside the traditional cider house menu, which consists of cod omelette, our prized cod pil-pil or fried cod, and pork chops from January to April. For the summer, we have opened a pleasant and peaceful TERRACE, offering summer dishes such as salads, grilled tuna and squid, kokotxas al pil-pil and a selection of sweet and fresh desserts, all accompanied by our bottled ciders with the Euskal Sagardoa Designation of Origin.
