MIMO BITE THE EXPERIENCE

This Cooking school is located in the building of the Hotel María Cristina, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in the heart of the city and a step away from the Old Town. It has a 400 square metre space equipped with everything necessary for gastronomic classes, workshops and events. Chefs Patricio Fuentes and Eneko Irizar have made Mimo Bite the Experience the ideal place to discover Basque gastronomy, put it into practice and enjoy a unique experience.
