You will have to opportuniy to visit Mimo facilities, the pioneering culinary space in San Sebastián, featured in the second edition of “Food Journeys of a Lifetime” National Geographic travel guide as one of the best cooking schools in the world devoted to food tourism. We will finish our visit making a gilda that you will enjoy with a glass of txakolí or cider. Ongi etorri eta on egin!
